• Preferred: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or EPS with all fonts outlined
• Accepted: High-resolution PDF (300 dpi minimum) or layered PSD — required for UV printed pins, key rings, magnets, wood items, and lanyards
• All linked images must be embedded — no missing links
• CMYK color mode preferred; RGB files are accepted but colors may shift slightly in production

• Each distinct fill color counts as one color — gradients are not achievable in soft enamel or semi-cloisonné
• Pantone (PMS) solid coated color callouts required for accurate color matching
• Black outlines are standard; specify line weight (minimum 0.5pt recommended)
• UV Print accepts full-color artwork — no color limit

• Artwork must be provided at exact finished product size or larger (scalable vector preferred)
• Minimum recommended line weight: 0.5pt at finished size
• Minimum recommended text size: 6pt — smaller text may not be legible in production
• Include a safe zone for screen printed colors of at least 1mm inside the product edge for critical design elements

• Raster-only files submitted where vectors are required
• Missing font outlines or unembedded links
• Artwork resized or redrawn to meet production specifications
• Color separations created by our team due to missing PMS callouts
• Any client-requested changes after proof approval

Each revision is billed at $65. You will be notified and must approve any design fee before work begins.
